1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using dibsl.com ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

dibsl is a platform that allows organizers to create timed events where participants compete to claim spots by clicking a button as fast as possible. The Service includes event creation, participant registration, real-time competition, and results display.

3. User Accounts

To create events, you must register for an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and complete information
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Event Organizers

As an event organizer, you agree to:

• Only create events for legitimate purposes
• Not misrepresent the nature or prizes of your events
• Honor the results of your events
• Not use the platform for fraudulent or deceptive activities
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction
• Obtain any necessary consents from participants before collecting their data

5. Participants

As a participant, you agree to:

• Not use automated tools, bots, or scripts to gain an unfair advantage
• Provide a valid email address for registration
• Accept that reaction times are measured by our servers and are final
• Not attempt to manipulate, hack, or exploit the platform

6. Fair Play

dibsl uses server-side timestamps to ensure fair competition. Any attempt to manipulate results through technical means, including but not limited to autoclickers, scripts, or exploiting system vulnerabilities, will result in immediate disqualification and account termination.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by dibsl and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, dibsl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or €100, whichever is greater.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

10. Refund Policy

Annual plan subscribers are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, no refunds are issued. Upon cancellation, access continues until the end of the current billing period. Monthly subscriptions are not eligible for refunds but can be cancelled at any time.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and the Republic of Croatia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Croatia.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or a prominent notice on the Service at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
